Chocolate Balls - 30 for $25
A traditional Swedish treat, these delightful chocolate morsels are made from rolled oats, plenty of cocoa, and rolled in crystallized sugar. They can easily be frozen and taken out a few at a time for a little indulgence whenever a sugar craving calls!
Prinsesstårta (Swedish Princess Cake) - $100 (serves 12-15)
Dating back to 1948 when it was first created for the three daughters of Prince Carl, Duke of Västergötland, this classic celebration cake is comprised of vanilla sponge layered with raspberry compote, vanilla custard, whipped cream, and covered in green marzipan. Yes, we do dye the marzipan green or pink because, tradition.
Pepparkakor (Ginger Snaps) - $15 per sleeve
Originally a Christmas treat, these delicate cookies can be enjoyed year-round as a perfect pairing to an afternoon coffee or after dinner indulgence.
Kanelbullar (Cinnamon Buns) - $3 each. minimum order of 12.
Unlike the version wafting delicious smells through every mall, these buns are smaller in size, based on a cardamom dough, and covered in pearl sugar.
Macarons - $2 each. minimum order of 12.
Currently available in chocolate, vanilla bean, and elderflower lemon.

We love coming up with new flavors and combinations. The below list is meant to serve as inspiration for flavors you may want to incorporate into your custom order. If you have any ideas not listed below we’d love to discuss and do our best to incorporate them!

Almond Amaretto Cake
This Citrus Almond cake filled with Amaretto Crème Mousseline and covered in Amaretto Swiss Meringue Buttercream was a hit at an autumn wedding in Vermont.
Our take on the Italian classic, this Espresso cake soaked in Brandy, filled with Marscapone Marsala Crème Mousseline and finished with a Whipped Cream Cheese Frosting made it’s debut in the summer of 2017 in Bristol, Rhode Island.
Chocolate Chip and Salted Caramel Cake
This Chocolate Chip cake with Bourbon Salted Caramel filling frosted in a Caramel Swiss Meringue Buttercream was finished with natural blooms and greenery to become the first wedding cake Johanna ever created. An oldie but a goodie!
